50 hours of intuitive Yin Yoga

November 2027 in Mainz
Yin Yoga invites us into a space of surrender, empathy, and simply being. Qualities that, especially in a performance-oriented world dominated by Yang energies, can offer a nourishing balance and a new perspective.
The Intuitive Yin Style draws on the power of both both held poses and intuitive, free-flowing movements.

The training curriculum combines the theory and practice of Yin Yoga, somatic approaches, the theory of meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the latest (sports) scientific findings on the nervous system and fascia research.
You’ll dive deep into the world of Yin Yoga, get to know your body’s intuitive language better, and learn how to mindfully integrate somatic elements into your own practice and your classes.

You’ll practice, reflect, and directly apply what you’ve learned: in your own body, in small groups, and through interaction with others. This creates a space where you not only gain knowledge but also embody Yin Yoga from within and can share it with clarity and sensitivity.

Your instructor

For me, Yin Yoga is a sacred space where intuitive and profound experiences are allowed to unfold. This is exactly the space I’d like to explore with you and show you how you can create it for yourself and your students.

My journey led me to earn a master’s degree in sports science and to complete numerous training and continuing education programs in yoga, meditation, traditional Chinese medicine, and Embodied Yin™ Yoga. Through this process, Yin Yoga has taught me to slow down, follow my own rhythm, and listen to and trust my body.
I’ve been teaching yoga with great joy for 8 years, and since 2024, I’ve been training yoga teachers through 200-hour teacher training programs. During this time, I’ve come to realize just how much wisdom lies in the interplay between the body, energy, and mindfulness. All of these experiences and insights now flow into the Intuitive Yin™ training program, and I am very much looking forward to accompanying you on your journey.
