My Yoga path

My teaching style is not characterized by one I am not characterized by a specific teaching, but by my own combination of different teachings from teachers and training courses that have inspired, inspired and touched me on my personal path.
I teach and hold space for Vinyasa, Hatha, Embodied Yin Yoga™, meditation, various workshop formats and cacao ceremonies.

Qualification

In my work as a yoga teacher, I attach great importance to combining sound, scientific knowledge with practical experience.
I have been teaching yoga with great passion since 2019, since then many classes, workshops and retreats in different countries. Since 2024 I have been training yoga teachers at the Balance Yoga Institute in Mainz and Frankfurt am Main with great pleasure. 

My work is based on a interdisciplinary perspective and a holistic approach. This is made up of the knowledge, experience and findings from my Training and further education together:

My principles

For me, yoga is more than just an exercise practice; it is a philosophy of life that connects body, mind and soul.

My teaching can be summarized in three key words:

Awareness

The connection between breathing and movement can promote awareness of one's own body, mind and the surrounding world.

Security

I emphasize creating and maintaining a safe and supportive space for everyone to explore their unique yoga path.

Transformation

Regular yoga practice not only provides physical strength, but also creates space to take on new perspectives and grow beyond yourself.
